Overview
The PDTI Workplace Supervisor course was developed to address gaps between the actual and desired knowledge, skills and attitudes of Black Swan PNG Limited Supervisors and Team Leaders. This training needs assessment was instigated following general observation by senior management and in response to various operational issues experienced. This course of training is the first stage of Black Swan’s internal leadership training which is relevant to other businesses and companies within PNG.
Units
The course PDTI Units of Competency are:
- PDTILD001 – Develop a Positive Team Environment and Culture
- PDTILD002 – Develop Team Goals
- PDTILD003 – Explain Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities
- PDTILD004 – Performance Manage Subordinates
Cost
The cost of this course is based on a per participant basis, however, prices per individual can be negotiated on group bookings. The minimum number of course attendees per course is 10 people and the maximum number per course is set at 20 people.

Option 2:
- Location: Client venue
- Inclusions: No catering
- Price: K225 per person
Delivery
This course is delivered over a half day, (4 hours) and includes a participant theory workbook assessment.
